Reading Centre is open!

We opened the Reading Centre at our Jamaican Primary School today! Literacy education is our #1 priority - we started with Grade 4 students, although kids from all grades kept coming in just to find a book and read for a little while. It was a very good day! [...and for our Colorado friends - YES, that is Governor John Hickenlooper - our book today was "Duck on a Bike" and I showed a video of him reading the same book during One Book 4 Colorado Day.]
